The airline is a BUSINESS, If they want to say "You must abide by this dress code before entering our property" they are well within their rights to do so. It isn't like he was arrested on the street.

Additionally, why does the public think they have a right to airline travel? Watch the news when flights are delayed by unforeseen circumstances (like effing weather, there's nothing an airline can do about that!) and watch people go nuts. Disgusts me.
These are businesses. Businesses with federal regulations. You all don't know how lucky you are to even get a seat. And don't EVEN get me started on unions...
