I had speed element work on it for hours yesterday.. Hence I'm at a loss for words, I'm just looking for options/opinions at this point

Thanks man, yeah the smoke is plain white but doesn't smell of coolant, after starting it this morning it burned again, my power steering was whining now too and the liquid was an amber color...... Fml, and speedele isn't open Sat.....

Amber color could be oil, coolant, or power steering fluid. Check all your fluid levels. Low power steering will cause your power steering to whine. Sounds like you got a couple of problems going on, Speed Element sent your car home this way? Geez..

Sorry man your turbo sounds cooked. The leak on the floor is probably a seperate issue with a bad/untightened hose. Since its a turbo with low miles on it, I wonder what cause it to fail. Banjo screen clogged for the turbo oil feed line?

For sure, and yeah i considered the banjo screen but I've changed my oil every 3500 so I'd be surprised, never know though, just gonna take it back to speed Ele Monday and hopefully figure things out

Update bump...
SO I had the inlet hose replaced/had a boost leak test done at speed ele.. they fixed what were two very small leaks(and their own power steering fail... no more smoking luckily..) HOWEVER I still have this gnarly ticking/rattling noise near the turbo.. and on top I'm convinced I'm running rich now since my boost is hitting the right #'s but things just dont seem perfect, minor bumpy idol/car almost stalled out the other day at a light and still bad MPG, also I can hit target 16psi but the way i get there leads me to believe i'm running rich... just doesnt feel 100% efficient still, no hesitation though just less power i guess
That leads me to my next question(s)... has anyone ever had their o2 sensor gradually fail but not throw a CEL? (i.e cause them to run rich/low MPG etc..) I'm beginning to think this has been the culprit all along and maybe the sound is just that or possibly some hairline leak in my airbox or something... Let me know what ya think!! more opinions would be much appreciated

I've had my front o2 fail and no code before. I would still open that downpipe up and see how much shaft play you have. Ticking I can understand but rattling is a red flag.
As far as the mixture goes, maybe a buddy can loan you their o2 and maf and you can swap it on see if it makes a difference.

Pull your turbo heatshield off and see if the noise goes away. A rattling heatshield is very common and removing it temporarily will eliminate the possibility of the problem being it. If you still hear the noise then you already have the heatshield off to access the downpipe bolts, so pull the downpipe and inspect the back of the turbo.
About your 02 sensor, did you try reading errors through your accessport?

the rattling may just be your wastegate. when i shortened my wg arm, the rattling subsided but it overboosted like no tomorrow, so to alleviate the overboosting, i lengthened the arm but the noise got worse. i finally realized the rattling was my arm. for the longest time i thought i had an exhaust leak, but golden auto muffler made sure the tbe is leak proof. i also replaced my inlet, pcv, tmic hoses, vacuum hoses, and my purge valve solenoid. i was having overboosting issues and thats how i discovered the noise coming from my wg arm.

I appreciate all the responses, not a heat shield I'm sure of it at this point, could be the WG itself just continueing to make the rattle BUT the rattle has never ceased from my adjusting the arm.. And it's been more than a couple times at this point..
And to throw another curve ball I pulled up to work at 1 and my turbo area started smoking... Again lol. This time it was just white smoke not power steering fluid burning though.. And the rattle was extra pronounced today after starting the car, I'm now thinking it's possibly my turbo ****ting on me.. Gonna pull the dp this weekend and see what's up with both the turbo/condition of my o2
