I will be buying one for myself in a few weeks. I plan to do as many auto-X courses as i possibly can, and I also have the buttonwillow subaru track ay in march, so i've decided to purchase my own helmet.

I got rid of my 6-speed too
In fact, I got rid of those flashy gold rims, pink struts, 2.5l.... etc... I went back to my autox roots and traded for an EVO....
The cornering power of the EVO is very very nice.. I now understand why they are so quick on the autox course...
