Bmw forum question

For those of you that are on bmw forums, are there 1 or 2 where a lot of part selling/trading goes on? local ones? Looking for some parts for our E39 and want to see if I can find a cheaper alternative to the dealer price.

Try Double O2 Salvage Inc in Hayward. They sell used BMW parts, obviously at a huge fraction of the dealer price, and they're usually inspected before selling them.

EDIT: You'll have to call ahead as well.

Thanks man. I generally use auto-parts.com for all the salvage yard stuff that I need but good to have a local one too. Im still more interested in a community forum due to the higher quality items at a fraction of the cost.
