I think I've seen this car roll by the great mall last year. I heard him from around the corner and I def wasn't expecting to see an rx7.

Yeah Ive seen the kits for the 240's to swap in LS1s and LS7s. I cant remember the name of the company of the top of my head (wanna say 2jzswap.com??) but they came out with a kit to drop in a 2jz into the 240's aswell. Where's the LS7 Impreza Swap kit???

LOL

Yup. I've been in contact with a shop in Tracy called Daft Innovations. They do motor swaps for 240s, and I talked with the shop owner about an LS swap for my S13. I have some info if anyone's interested.

My friend is building one right now. Can't wait for a ride. The LS7 came from a builder ready to go and the FD has a blown 13B so...

BTW - my T5 in my 240Z whines a bit too, doesn't sound like a blower or anything.

^^Just looked at the yearbook, and now im not so sure lmao. At first I thought it was him cause I caught a few glances from him, thought maybe he remembered me from HS. lmao

But yeah, if any two cars that do great with swaps, the FD and 240s are great platforms. They might start out as garbage or not so great, but they can sure turn into ungodly Frankensteins. Would love to pick up either one and make a project out of it.
