nothing new... sc has a very bad rap/wrap (eh?)

now, i got my car there with the oem body kit included in the deal no extra cost but i had it writen down on the purchase contract so there was no disputing it

id suggest you talk to your salesmen but if its not part of the contract in written form your sh*t out of luck man

edgar,

in car sales, if you are to receive a part or an accessory as part of the purchase deal, it has to be listed, in writing, on something called a "Due Bill".

If it's not on there, you're SOL, but then, what did you expect from Steven's Creek?

stevens creek strikes again

as far as Im concerned there is no reason to EVAR step onto a dealership showroom to buy a new car. My family has bought their last two new cars online and theres just no better way to get the lowest price with no hassle. Submit your request on Edmunds.com and get quotes from every dealership in the area on the car that you want and they all know your getting quotes from all over so they dont BS. My mom bought her last car for $100 over invoice and we dealt with the fleet manager the whole time, no salespeople to deal with , we just walked to the fleet dept and he had the keys and the contract ready, we were in and out in 20 minutes

another reason to put the FU Stevens Creek Subaru Sticky back up. I suggest calling the BBB and SoA and file reports. Other than that, good luck....they will do what they can to screw you over.

I suggest someone make and sell decals or bumpers stickers that say, "Stevens Creek Subaru Sucks" or "Don't buy at Stevens Creek Subaru" I would buy a few. It would show support for all the members who have been mistreated there.
