BTW don't just randomly PM the roads to anyone that asks. try to make sure they're not a CHP posing as a "newb"
i think it would be fair to say that the more posts, the less likely they're not a CHP udnercover

Thanks! I have been all up in these roads for around 12 yrs now, but it's cool to know the routes others take. If I have a few hours, I head west. If I have more time like at least a day... I head north. I am sure at least some of you know what I mean... I was out for about 3 hrs yesterday afternoon/evening and it was lush. Dreamy. One of my favorite things to do. I had a CHP behind me for a long time on hwy ** but I just kept the revs low and pulled over "to put the top up" as soon as I could. Ran into the usual toolboxes that think they can outdrive someone who comes out in a sporting car... Crossing the double yellow all over the place... Counted 12 people that "moved right" for me but I only passed 4 and only in legal areas...
The car was awesome but I think I need to turn my shocks down just a touch. This little car is one of the most fun drives ever for me personally, my "Kirkland Signature Elise." I meant to get some pics but spent too much time driving and it was pretty foggy anyway. This time I went up ******* road to ******** to get to *** and then up to ** which took me to ** and then took ** out to ** then back up to ** for a little while which took me to *** where I mixed it up with the poor commuting fools till I got home. Good times.
This was the first time in months where I have been out there in a car rather than on my bike. It was interesting because I would come around corners that previously brought fear and an unsettling feeling (what's around the corner, is this where I am gonna die?) with confidence and a planted feeling that, if I wanted to, I could carry more speed on the next pass. I am resolute in my decision to not ride motorcycles on the street any longer... I even hit a nasty sand/gravel patch that would have put me out were I on the bike.
Hopefully this message is Kyle Approved (tm).
