This sounds too go to be true.

If the damage was caused by a pothole and the City knew about it for a while without fixing it, then you might....just might have a chance to get any money from the city.

i feel your pain,im dreading getting my advans fixed. the city of walnut creek is covering the repairs for me though,so i cant complain to much.
