Bent Metal Binders and Mervin Manufacturing how do I Love Thee?

I picked up a set of BMX binders 2yrs ago. The first time I contacted Mervin was because I stripped a bridge bolt for my heel cup, Mervins response " no problem what's your address? If you need anything else let us know. Do us a favor and spread the word, we love our customers and hope they always come back to us for thier equipment needs." I 'm thinking damn that's cool, no charge and nice to boot. Well yesterday I broke my toe strap, I gave them a call today and it's in the mail. No charge and same response. That's some damn cool customer service. I've been riding a Lib Tech for three years now with no problems and I am certain if I had any they would handle it the same way. There aren't many manufacturers that give you the extension of the person that shaped your board(they are all hand built) if you have any questions or comments. Check 'em out they rock.

I have some Bent Metals (the carbon high-back ones) for my back country board (Voile Slpit board). They're solid as all hell.
