It depends on what would you like your vehicle to do.

Do you want it to go fast in the straight away or
do well on a road track?

I would be very surprised if they gave you **** for a COBB CAI, or you could just not give the cops a reason to pull you over.

I would recommend that too.

No worries about your car being illegal and
the swap would probably make your RS faster
than a stock WRX.
