it is an "I" beam not an eye beam though it is more shaped like an "H". it is called an "I" beam becuase of its shape.

That depends on if they're union workers or not. If they are, then I agree with Monday. If they're not, then more than likely 24-36 hours.
And if it's non-union labor, they'll do the job right, instead of half-a$$. It won't fall apart.
