I am looking for a tuner who can work with open source and would also like to do a dyno.

I live in Santa Cruz so what place is the closest?

I called gruppe-s and they won't let you use their dyno to test your cars whp unless your getting a tune and they don't support open source tuning.

Your more than welcome to rent our dyno to do baselines or tune yourself however we don't support open source so for that as Sean mentioned above you should contact Ed at EQ Tuning.
