Today around 1230, saw an 04 PSM WRX on stock 04 wheels powdercoated? black with an aftermarket BOV too. This was on Alverado Niles in UC. I threw up the deuce.

Seen in Emeryvillle Shopping area parking lot at bout 1:30pm. New Legacy GT from bought from Ron Price. Like a slate blueish with Rota's, maybe grids. Looked lowered. Had an STI lip, maybe it was a spec B!
