Saw a silver STi at 8:20 today in San Jose.

I followed it left from Montague West onto Trimble. The TBE smelled catless but sounded nice. I threw up a peace as I went my merry way and turned left on Zanker. I was in the wingless '06 WRB sedan.

saw an sti last night about 9:45 drive by my house on brookdale blvd in castro valley. it was dark but it looked cgm had paper plates.

 

6:30 pm, North San Jose.

I followed a winged, WRB bugeye sedan up Brokaw from near 880, then passed to give the peace sign. He didn't see me. A few seconds later, I got next to a peanut-eye, wingless silver WRX sedan. I threw up the peace sign, but I don't think he saw me since he was on the phone. It had exhaust and shiny wheels.

The silver sedan turned right on the street before Flickinger. The bugeye sedan turned left on Flickinger or the street after that.

I was in the wingless '06 WRB sedan.

 

4:30-5pm san jose
Legacy GT (?) with aftermarket wheels at Americas tire co. with a custom plate I think... Brokaw Rd.

on a side note.. i was spotted by the sjpd today after i left americas tire co. pulled me over on capitol ave/mckee rd. and asked me what mods i had. i said i had mufflers, and a high flow air panel filter.... he quoted me and said "so you have an intake?" i told him sure watever and asked him if he wanted me to pop my hood. and so i did. after i opened he told me to point out my mods. i pointed out to my air box and said that my panel filter is inside. and oh ya i have a strut tower bar. he cut me off and said "that is NOT a mod." i started chuckling. he started looking around the engine bay... prolly looking for a turbo or header or up/dp? who knows. he then commented "must be a fast car huh?" i replied... "its not the turbo model, its the economy model... i'm sorry i can't afford the turbo model yet.... although i would like to own one some day." he chuckled and told me to scram. the end.

 

I see the BRP RS coupe parked on Geneva in SF all the time, and little by little it's looking less stock. It has clear corners/side markers, WRX wheels, tint, debadged trunk and a new shiny exhaust.

Also, today on Solano in Albany, I saw a black WRX with the Impreza badge placed in the center of the trunk, underneath the "SUBARU" letters.

 

yeah my eyes weren't good enough, I was turning into Miracle picking up my car from the left turn lane... so thats what your custom plate says. So its not a gt?

 

no sir. just a regular ol 2.5i.

i like it though. i haven't craved the power. besides if i did... i would've busted out the benz.
