Saw a black '04 wagon yesterday parked on 23rd between Judah and Irving. Probably brand new, no plates, all I could see was that it had a different shift ****, maybe the MOMO Subaru ****. Was about 5:30p, I parked in the spot in front of you.

I think I am the only Black WRX with CF hood and FMIC that would be on Capitol Raceway
I have the Kaminari Hood (reverse scoop). Was that the one you saw??

i parked next to a modded WRB Sedan on top of the 7th street garage, you were chillin in your car. sorry i didnt stay and chat, i was kinda in a hurry
then as i was leaving 7th street garage, i followed a WRB wagon(stock), said whats up to you while we were on 4th street and you smiled back
BTW: i was in the white 04 Wagon with dealer plates and an STI axle back

There is a WRB 04 WRX Sedan living in my hood. It is stock with no extras.
All ways seems to be parked around the corner of Cole and Fell.
I am the owner of the WRB 04 WRX Sedan (with the sun-roof and spolier). Usually parked on Cole near Oak.

WRB 02-03 WRX with JDM headlights, clear corners, OEM bodykit, STI hoodscoop and *WTF!* a handicapped placard hanging from the rearview mirror?! Parked on Haight @ Ashbury right now.
