around 7.30ish-pm on sat evening...going I80W passing cordelia i BELIEVE i spotted Andrew Proaps' car...same rota sdr's and a new white suburban with a LIC decal on the back window towing the 98 WRB RS, and then a white wrx stockish looking minus the aftermarket wheels in front of them....all at the same time....then at the 76 gas station in cordelia at the same time saw a black sti filling his tires w\air (i was going to denny's but didnt drive my car, rode in my friend's 95 240SX )

i got owned by an all black bugeye, w/gold rims and alot of red gauges, on 680 right before 580 onramp, about 12:45 ish am...what is your set up?

spotted blue WRX wagon with gold rims and aftermarket exhaust on bay bridge around 22:30 ish heading SF. i think the "nickname" was snowmrz, i was driving next to you in 05 legacy outback.

A stock Evo is about 210 WHP, and a stock STi is like ~235 WHP.
A stock WRX is about 155'ish WHP I think? ( I don't know, mine dynoed at 166WHP w/ a catless uppipe)
Though I don't know what a VF34 makes, or VF22.
I would guess in the rang of 240'ish WHP? But I could be way off by +/-10WHP.
