That used to be one of my friends car. Traded it in on an M3. Dealer then sold it to some kid in Napa who ended up returning the car (via legal matters) because it couldn't be smogged.

I am assuming the dealer is still stuck with it.

I saw this car for sale at Top Of The Hill Daly City small used car lot about a month ago and couldn't believe my eyes lol. I almost pulled over and asked but figured it blown or something else wrong with it.

Yup. Sold the dude a car that couldn't be smogged as it sat. Had aftermarket downpipe and some other stuff on it.
