Spotted an 04/05 STi on Capitol expwy earlier today. 2 people in the car from what I could tell. After market exhaust, lowered with gold wheels i think.

 

Who's black gc8 sedan with white front driver side fender, gold rims, tint, wing and what I believe sticker bomb driver rear fender/qrt. Panel parked in front of sear's auto shop over at eastridge mall today around 6pm
