Smile bay area dealer recommendations? need a bunch of stuff warranty'd.

hey everyone... my car's got issues.

-my 4th gear synchro is shot, grinds going into the gear all the time now.
-struts clunking. documented problem.
-alignment can't be fixed even with an alignment from auto innovations; suspect something's messed up with the chassis from the factory or a control arm's bent.

sooo I'm searching for a good dealer to get all this stuff fixed at. anybody have recommendations? anybody specifically I should talk to?

loaners are a plus, but not really necessary.

thanks,
Sean

Santa Cruz is probably the best bet, they are friendly, but I've found them frustrating at times because I'll take my car in and leave it with them, they will call and say it's all done, then when I get there they say "can't reproduce the problem but we documented your complaint, so just bring it back if it's still doing it." I think I had to take the car there three times before they finally actually confirmed it was pinging and tried to do anything about it. That can just be annoying when it's a long drive to get there, only to have them say "come back another time."

they did this when I complained about the squek my stock axle back was making.
I finally said screw it and got an after market exhaust. =\

Ron price....I know they get slated by some i-clubbers (but then again, getting slated here is par for the course), but I've always found them really good with servicing.

Yesterday I arranged to drop off my car at 7.45am for an oil change, they were waiting for me outside at 7.40am, booked me straight in, then called me at 10am to let me know my car was ready. The service was just as good the first time I had my oil changed, and just as good when they fitted my spoiler.

They also have a service centre in the city.
