Should have broke 5 other windows with his dome, I couldn't even understand what he was attempting to say "Who wants some? F***ng USA?" (did he mean f*** USA?) lol, hilarious

they actually already have. i saw it on the news a few days ago. they're comparing this to the oscar grant shooting, saying the officer used excessive force. the family member that was interviewed said he had a mental disorder and was bi-polar or something. and that people need to be more accepting of such people. that's when i rolled my eyes. he was clearly drunk and way out of control.

Doesn't look like that was intentional to me. It's tough to stop the momentum of a drunk guy falling forward. Trust me... I've had to "escort" more than a few drunk guys.
He was trying to get him up against the wall and the dunk guy just kept going.... stupid place for glass anyways.

I think he wanted to play a little game of man on man chicken down the isle and would have eventually smashed in to an innocent.
Almost looked like the cop had been watching the guy. Like they were both on the platform... soon as the guy got out of line the cop was on him.

This is retarded. I remember in my highschool math class this guy I know pushed a younger kid we knew (totally just horsing around for fun, not pickin on the kid or anything).....so he barely pushes him and the kid hits the window boom a gigantor window the size of that one in the video shatters. The kid wasn't hurt at all, everyone was more startled and people had thought same crazy shiz went down, but nope.
SHAME ON BART, that window could have killed someone when it fell. They've had plenty of our funds to have **** like that under control. This really bugs me considering their attitude about the video being put on youtube. Like bart is **** germany and people don't have normal rights? They seem to think because somebody posted a video about a shooting, that made it so they couldn't cover it up, they owe us something

Yeah, the dude is drunk as hell, and should be ripped off the train.
BUT, the cop did NOT have to push him into the wall. He could have just said something first like "hey, come here, right now... turn around and put you hands over your head" etc... SOMETHING, other than grabing his wrist, and walking him straight into glass. Whoever thinks that the dude's hand/arm broke the glass is tripping... He was pushed into the wall, which happened to be glass, and the drunk moron put his arm up to brace himself.
So, forget all that, cause the dude is an idiot, and the cop didn't seriously hurt the guy...
