BAM volunteers needed.
Sounds good (no pun intended
).
Just wasn't sure if you were still looking for the minimal equipment we need. Although I'm Flip, I do NOT own a karaoke machine.
And if we still needed a setup, I'm a million percent positive we'd find someone on here who would be able to help out in that dept.

If you still need a DJ, Ave and I have a couple of friends who we can ask (a few of which are on the forums). As far as food vendors go, if you need more, we're also friends with a couple of food trucks as well (Scoops, Mogo, Doughtruck, Soulnese, etc). We can ask them to partake if needed. Let me or Ave know if you need help. Ave and I are always down to help with the event but we won't be there until a bit later since we're heading down there from Sac. Just let us know. ^_^

Right now we have the two trucks. He's talking with a korean bbq/mexican fusion truck. If he can't land that one I'd be really interested in any of the above trucks.
He's got a line on an available ice cream truck but we already have the froyo truck. I'm hesitant to bring more than 3 trucks up there and having one desert truck should be enough. I want to make sure they make enough money to be worth the trip and want to support us next year.
As for the DJ. I'm open to it. We don't really need one but if they're down to do it for free then it would be cool. I have to find out if Daniel remember to get the amplified sound permit.

Any chance any of you volunteers want to drag an ice chest and some ice up with you. I'll pick up a few cases of water but I'm not gonna have room for a bunch of ice chests and as much ice as we'll need.
I'd like to have 3 ice chest and at maybe a couple hundred bottles of water on site. So people can have some water without having to stress out about it. Especially the volunteers.
I can bring up one ice chest and a few cases and a couple bags of ice but I'll run out of room as I'll also have TONS of other crap and a passenger. So any volunteers to bring out ice chest, ice, a case or two of water... drop me a line.

I'm good for a couple medium-sized coolers packed w/ ice. But since I gotta bounce kinda early, I'll have to leave them for one of y'all to bring back or I can empty 'em out into the other ones.

2-3 should be fine. It's mainly ice cause we'll burn through it quick. And water. I figure I can fit 10 cases in my car but it depends on how much room the shirts and hoodies take up.
If you're figuring on 10 or so cases, I can bring up at least half the load.
From what I recall, you said someone else will be bringing up the parking cones, right? So I should have plenty of space as well.
