Volunteers, contact me for your shirt and sweatshirt pre-orders direct by email: One2OneDesigns@gmail.com

Let me know what your name and screen name is and what you're looking to get. I will give you the prices off line as I'm cutting you the best deal I can and don't want folks getting all haterade on you

So shoot me an email that has your name, screen name and what you're doing.

A few of you I'll hook you up with a free shirt but if you want more than one or you want a hoodie you'll have to pay. I'm hooking you up fat. There's a really good chance I'll end up being out of pocket if we don't hit numbers.

Not sure if I did.

Shoot me a line tomorrow in the afternoon maybe. If I don't answer I'll call back.

Ha! Funny how our parking crew is people I've shredded on the mtn a time or two.

Also, I was just about to post that I recall OneMMAFighter offering his help w/ sa-kurr-adee.

And Anthony offered to help w/ raffle tix...

For picnic entry, how about Daniel's regulars? I wonder if he could convince them to help out again since they've been rock solid w/ that in the past. Plus, we're back at Hammy!

for more volunteers.

Looks like several more spots need to be filled, esp. picnic entry/check-in. Paging Daniel Lee ... paging Dr. Daniel Lee.

I'm down to help with anything needed. Do we have a poster for BAM by chance? I can place it in the window of our store and maybe others.

Posters didn't happen this year but a lot of people are asking for posters and post cards.

I'll do them next year for sure. I even had a few people ask me for art so they can do them up themselves... but I haven't even had time to do that.

Yeah look for them next year.

I talked to him on Sat. He's going to see if his sister can do it again.

Yeah I need a couple of folks I trust as I won't be able to sit there myself.

If needed, I can do gate fees since nobody else has signed up. Xhengmanx can do raffle tickets. Lmk.

Also, will the dj get paid? I have a couple dj friends I can ask.

I won't know right away but I'll keep you in mind. I'm hoping Daniel can come up with 1-3 regulars to fill in some of these spots.

cuz we still have spots to fill and I imagine the Special Edition volunteer shirt/hoodie needs to be pre-ordered by midnight tonite just as the regular attendee ones do.

Ray, how are things looking on the sound system front?

I'm going to bring a dre beat box and an iPod or two. Hell and iPhone if someone wants to stick one in there and pandora works. It'll be enough. I don't need a huge PA.
