Hey quick question, and sorry if it's been asked but I must have missed it, but do pre-pay folks only get food? Or do you get food if you pay at the door?

I'm hoping to be able to cover the costs of food for an undetermined number of people, but can't guarantee delivery of the food (takes time to go get it and cook it) since I have no idea how many people I'm supposed to provide food for at this time.

Unlike burgers and sausages, a case of tri-tip is around $250 or so, and is not returnable. Same with the ribs. I have enough tickets sold at this point where I expect to be supplying food to around 150 people, including vendors. Unfortunately, I can't afford to purchase an extra $1,000+ dollars in food for people who might not even show up.

Simply stated - if you pay at the door, you'll get fed. You'll get fed the advertised food. You MIGHT be waiting longer than those who pre-paid for the event if I have to drive somewhere in Alameda to get more food to put on the grille.

We haven't had less than 300 people since 2002 (of the years at hammy and stafford lake, and since it's going to be at a kick *** location this year you can def anticipate more!).

I feel there is a chance this year of having that happen. For what reason, I don't know. But it's just a feeling I have.

If you pre-ordered a BAM XI entry ticket, it will be at will call. They will be in envelopes with your REAL NAME (we're checking ID's) on them to confirm the tickets.
If you pre-ordered a BAM XI t-shirt, it will be at will call.

IF you entered the car show, your car show entry form AND your BAM XI entry tickets will be MAILED TO YOU via US Postal Service to the address that Paypal gave me. If that address is incorrect for some reason, contact me by midnight Friday with your transaction number, your email address, your real name and new address.
If you entered the car show AND purchased a t-shirt, your shirts will be handed out to you at the car show area when you are parked.

There is only a single instance (where we can tell) that someone paid for two entry tickets - and had individual names in the comment section. Those tickets are in separate envelopes with each individual name on them. There were no shirts purchased in the transaction.

If Joe Smith ordered 5 tickets and 2 t-shirts, then that's what he'll get (after we check his ID). If you're his buddy who paid him for a ticket and a t-shirt, then you'd better hang out with him in line. He has your meal ticket and t-shirt, and that's between you and him.

We're going to have the entire list of names, what was ordered, as well as the Paypal transaction ID's payments, and receipts for every single order, so there is NO confusion as to who ordered/paid for what.

I had Gride order for Bryan and I (Jen) so that's probably our order.
