then sign me up for the BBQing and i'll be there for the whole event so you can put me down for trash pick up duty at the end as well... i'll bring a box of latex gloves for everyone BBQing so people arent having to run back and forth to wash their hands... if theres anything else the cooks need brought just let me know and i can more than likely get it.

Imo everyone should be doing trash duty not only during, but especially at the end, and I dont mind double duty on the grill either, so long as I'm not a cook too many in the kitchen.

Still looking for devoted garbage men (and women!).

Thanks Dan!!
People need to Pickup and clean up after themselves. The volunteers who are on "Trash" duty are there to pick up the little things that might have been missed not someones plate that they were to lazy to walk 10 feet to a trash can and toss out.

I know...don't everyone rush in all at once now

I just hope there won't be a multi-page thread afterwards about complaints, suggestions, and organizers making money off the event from all the Monday morning quarterbacks

But it is so much easier to *****, moan, groan, and complain than it is to actually, you know, help.

We could use at least 1 more person for Event Check-In. The sooner people get through the Check-In line, the sooner they can go enjoy the event.

Come hang out in the shade for a little while with us, you know you want to.

For all you volunteers.... Here's your special item. You and the vendors only.

Anyone else reading this... do not bother ordering it. If you order it and you're not a volunteer it's going in the raffle.

Volunteers. When you place your order please specify which team you will be helping out with. I'll have the team leads confirm.

Here you go..
