This needs to be dropped. No one saw anything or can prove anything. For all we know they could have turned the boost controller down themselves and started this whole thing as an attention grabber.

I don't know how I did it, but I was able to convince the rangers to let me fly my quadcopter for 10 minutes. I guess it was my lucky day.
