I can't make it until after lunch so I'm assuming tickets aren't necessary for me. About what time is the raffle and activities. I was looking to stop by in the afternoon.

Its a public park, so yeah if you pay the parking fee, you can walk around. No wristband means no food and you are okay with that, then its okay.

A donation to the charity would rock though if you can swing it.
