I for one could use that.
Not because I sit at alot of busy lights at busy intersections (which I do alot of too) but because I go through alot of lights where I sit there waiting for the stupid timed light to change the light when im the only one there...

these things have been arround for a while, but no one had the 'nads to sell them. you could find plans to build them on the 'net, and build them for maybe $30 at radio shack and a couple hours of your time.
the cool part is that traffic signal controllers are smart enough to change all the other lights to red when one of these is used, thereby reducing the chance of accidents.

2600 type nerds have been building these things since the strobe detecters were first used. There are already laws in many places against having these, not in the vehicle code but in communications laws.
