Steve, if you need any snowboarding gear, I have some extra gear that might fit you, pants, jacket, gloves and goggles. I'll bring it up anyway if anyone else needs something.

Why don't you roll with us? Me, Robie1208 (posted earlier in this thread) and a Joc61 are gonna roll up mid day ish. Me and Rob had already talked about meeting at the flying J at Flag city on I-5 around 11 ish? We could always meet a lil later if thats too early. Believe Rob is leaving from out your direction too. Flying J is right after stockton on I-5 here is the map.

gunmtl - I'm leaving from Fremont (taking 680 -> 580 -> 205 -> 5) to meet up with steve. PM me or reply on here if you want to caravan with us. I was planning on leaving around 930am to make it to flag city but I'm pretty flexible about what time we leave (not sure how steve feels). I just want to leave before the 580 traffic in the afternoon.

if anyone is looking for gear, costco has gloves for about $15 and goggles for $20-25. Also I am not suire if they are still open to the public (they do once a year), but www.whitesierra.com is located in Sunnyvale and they have some cheap stuff for pants and jackets.

Man Wish I could go, but I think I pulled something during Christmas... Also..... there were a tone of Subarus up there so represent!

IF you are going to Heavenly, call up your local Save Mart or Lucky food stores, you can purchase a discount ticket from them

how does this sound guys?
I'm probably down to throw down for a table but how much (roughly) is it per person? Never had table service in tahoe but avg rate is like $150-300/bottle in sf with 2 bottle minimum for 8+ ppl.

Yea the first BAIC tahoe trip we go up to VEX and the line is wrapped around the casino, lol. So we see the VIP line and head up there and the say its for the VIP booth, the booth is free you just gotta buy bottles. So we ask how much is a bottle and they say $250, we count the folks and it seems expensive but we are going to buying drinks anyways right? And screw it were partying it up right.

So we go in, and look at the drink menu and a bottle of Smirnoff is $250...you can't go bottle service and buy a bottle of effin Smirnoff right, so we get a bottle of grey goose (I can't remember I believe it was over $300) and they bring the mixers and all we party..well at the end of the night after other drinks and whatever I get my bill at its like $500! What a waste of money right? The only flip side to the coin was that I was actually winning that weekend, but still thats just insane to spend on a 5th of liquor and a seat.

Steve, I'll see if I can meet up with you guys for a caravan.
It all depends on what time my lady gets off work.
I think the earliest I'll be leaving is noon.

its about the same, I'm thinking with 3 to 4 bottles we are looking at about $800. I have no problem paying like $200 and I'm sure steve is also down to help me out. I'm going to have a good time and sometime having a fun night cost some extra money lol
