How's this going. If we're gonna call a course and set it up (read: get a discount) we got to get a final course and a date.

Maybe it's time to vote for a final date and course? Anyone want to call around and get some ball park group rates and run this down?

I'm gonna work on getting my handicap legit. Looking at my last 15 scores or so I can make a pretty good guess. haaaa. +19

alright guys. we have decided to do the tournament either the week before the BAM meet or the week after. we prefer Aug 2nd which falls on a sunday, week before BAM.

the price is $73 for a tee time around 10am or $63 for a tee time after 12. Includes green and cart fees, a bottle of water and a range token per person for practice *****.

we need a minimum of 16 players for this tournament deal to work and we have to pay 1 week in advance. if you are still interested you will have to pay 2 weeks in advance to confirm that we will get 16 players and if we dont then i will return the money (if we get a cancellation fee, everyone who paid will be affected.)

also, do you guys want to pay a flat rate of $80 so we can have prizes at the end? lmk.
