The BAIC COOL GUNS THREAD.....OFFICIAL!!

2. Not looking to add too many options, just a nice scope and bi-pod. Something funtional for my usage. The weight isn't really and issue, I don't hump it around through the bush. It's mostly a range gun, maybe take it out in deer season, I have other guns for that though. Not to mention the attachments can be easily be removed with the railing system.
Did you have any suggestion?

I have a springfield M1A SOCOM II and it's by far my fav rifle...
As for pistols, my next one will be an XD-45 Tactical. I shot "Lowend's" the other day and I was BEYOND impressed. Almost like it more than my Glock 21 and that says A LOT. Im selling my XD-40 plus a bunch of .40 ammo to fund the XD-45.

PS: The SOCOM II rail comes off without any tools and can be done in like 10 seconds which drastically reduces the weight of the weapon and basically makes it a SOCOM (regular).
Its a very universal rifle but I'd keep it stock and not add all that stuff because it's never going to be as good as stock. NEVER.

They belonged to a VERY good friend who died over the summer. His daughter is also a very good friend and came across these while going through storage.
BTW - I just checked the numbers - the H&K is a P7M13... rare version
The Luger I've refused to keep; too much of an heirloom. Told them I'd keep it in the safe but won't take ownership.
