Yes it is! Mostly just to look at, expensive paper weight!
He brings it out to scare people who say they like to shoot big guns.

 

I had a TC that I could swap out barrels. I had the .44mag, .308, .223 and .38 Ohh the fun that was. only 1 round. But thats about all anyone could take of the 44 or 308, Most the time it would take out my watch too.
