I just realiz I didn't change my engine oil for awhile. Last time I change was back in Oct. 4th 2003 with OEM filter and Mobile 1. Since then, I only drove 3,550 miles. Yeah, I don't drive much. I mostly take public transportation. I can't handle too much traffic. Anyway, is that bad? Oil looks still good...

 

Uh, with Mobil 1 should be fine.

Just be sure it's still full.

 

You're using Mobil 1 (full synth), so you're more than fine.

Yeah, it's between low and full. I used full syn Mobile 1. I'm thinking about changing it this weekend although I honestly think it will last another 1000 miles or more. Its color is still amber yellow. Guess I don't drive hard enough. I have these 4 STI egine oil filters I bought a month ago from Langstone Subaru. And I still have a regular filter that I bought 2 years ago along with the rex. Getting this itch to use them for once.
