Back issues of SportCompactCar for FREE!
ALL GONE. Sleepy-scoobie got them all.
I have single back issues of SportCompactCar from October 1998 (Vol. 10 No. 10) through April 2003 (Vol. 15 No. 4). Any of you are welcome to have any or all of them, you just need to let me know. First come, first serve. Since they're free, I'm not going through great pains to get them to you
You've gotta let me know what you want and I'll set it aside and we'll figure out how you'll come get them. If you let me know by tomorrow morning, like before 7:30AM I can bring them to the Lafayette meet tomorrow afternoon (Sunday). On October 1 what's left is going to the recycle bin/
Why am I getting rid of them? They're all in pretty good condition. I just don't have much use for the pre-WRX ones anymore and the current WRX ones are all advertisements for Vishnu and chock full of the 4th-grader-style drivel of Josh Jacquot... so if you like Vishnu, you'll probabaly want these. Oh, and I'm making more room for my fiancee in this tiny studio apt
I looked around for a back issue list of SCC so I could post a link here... but it seems SCC's publisher doesn't have one.
Let me know... reply to this thread ONLY please
jason
p.s. for those interested, I currently have a subscription to Turbo and technically its a lot better, although the writing, while less childish, is not as good reading. Import Tuner seems to be an up and coming best bet and I should be getting new copies of my new subscription in the mail sometimes soon.

Thanks for making this available, and props for not trying to make a buck off them
I'll take everything that's left. (big empty bookcases need car mag love).
I agree, SCC definitely has gone downhill. But I'm considering a 240SX project car and my brother has a Integra, so old SCC is a great resource for it.
I'll pick them up at your convenience. Thanks!

You're the first taker, so they're all yours. If you're going to be at Lafayette tomorrow, lemme know and I'll bring them. Otherwise,
PM me a phone number or sump'n and we'll make other arragements.

mmboost, I'm on the Penninsula, so I won't be coming to the meet. Easiest for you would be to meet at your place, right? You've got PM!
Silvia will be a ways off, but I'm thinking of doing a 2.4L turbo since we have crap 91 octane here. The Integra GS-R needs some serious love, too.
Verc, I'll probably be doing some of the work, but that will be a few months from now.
