Are they going to have signs to follow in order to get in there correctly. I have never been to an event here so I want to be sure that I enter in the right area.

 

OK, to get there come down Hwy 1 to the Reservation Rd exit in Marina. Take the exit, go away from the ocean (i.e. a left turn under the freeway if you're coming from the Bay Area) and make the second right (which will actually put you on Reservation Rd....yes, it's a messed up exit!). Go thru town.....be careful on speed limits etc, those cops are BORED! After you've gone thru town (i.e. speed limit goes back up), take a LEFT at the traffic light where the signs say there airport is. Once on that road, you'll turn right BEFORE you get to the Hiller Aviation hangar (huge building).

Last year (Chris : we've run there since 9/11, although the town and FAA are still both paranoid ) we had to enter AFTER the Hiller building, so note this is different!

 

Though I live in Santa Cruz, I rarely go south of Aptos so this really helps.
