AUDT: Where to get t-shirts made?

Hi all.

Just wondering if you guys can recommend me any place that can have custom t-shirts made. I am looking for a CafePress alternative. CafePress is currently selling their cheapest customized t-shirt for $13.99. I was wondering if there are other sites that are cheaper than that. Any help is appreciated.

TIA.

edit: I got the stuff onto CafePress. Just the first place right now. See how it comes out. www.cafepress.com/darkonion

I was thinking about that, but I want something that will last a little longer and look a little nicer.

you can get the cotton ones and iron on a protected cover to make it wash safe. but with that all said and done, you might just well make a custom print. However, I always thought you have to order with a minimum of 12 or something for any custom print. btw, got your pm, nice graphic!

Yup. It still in the works. I think a few more prototypes and I'll start to release them. I could go through CafePress, but at $14, that's a lot of money. I know there might be people to hook me up for less than that.

i make shirts.

Spraypaint will last 100 washes, it will just fade.

I use stencils, cut out of Acetate, like overhead transparency paper.

Only thing that sucks is you have to cut out the design with an xacto knife, but you can get pretty detailed. Search Stencil Art

Not really looking to do single shirts. Mainly a bunch of them.

If I do 24 shirts, will run about $13 or $14 each shirt. Which isn't too bad, but 24 shirts is a lot of shirts.

buy a screener. Make your own logos. Learn to vector. buy high quality ink.

Probably costs about $200 in materials to start pushing out one of kind shirts.
