AUDT: What is your favorite Sushi Roll?
What is your favorite sushi roll?
During my undergrad at UCD, there was this place, Osaka's, where you could order a King Roll off their secret menu. Forgot what was on it, but it was good!

When I can find it... Blue fin tuna sashimi and only a few places carry it but I will eat albacore tuna sashimi, spicy tuna hand roll, it sucks that I cant eat seafood like crab and what not but there are so many amazing rolls I see out there. My favorite place to go is called Akiko's Restaurant in SF or Kirala in Berkeley (not as good as it use to be since they lost one of their best chefs back in the day.. ) There are a few rolls that I have had in Akiko's that I have never had and I never got the name but the chef knows me and knows what I like so he makes stuff up for me.

Snow on the Mountain - Scallops with spicy sauce over an eel roll.
Bat Man - Fried; Unagi, kani and cream cheese. Normally I hate cream cheese in rolls, but it totally works in this one.

Whatever was in that tuna roll my wife made that Weds Night last summer that had this flax seeds and row on top. Testament that a person of Mexican descent can "cook" anything.
Ultimately thoh and I hate to admit this since I Luv DragonRoll it's really California Rolls.
I eat that ish w everything and you really gotta be a screw up to serve a bad set to a customer.
Where's Hide's reply?
