Let's keep it interesting. If we were going to say only use one car, we would have chosen to use the Super Touring car, or one of the other race-prepped cars. Obviously, most people are using the Spec-C. Some of us choose to use an earlier platform. It all for fun anyways.
yea i did that as well. i was at a point where i just went, "no matter how perfect i hit the apex, i am not going to get the time i need. lets start trying new things."

do you know about the German Touring Car Championship? i think that's the one that i heard about to get a lot of money fast. you put in the CLK GTR race car, let b-spec take over and go through that a couple times. then sell the cars you win.

yeah i totally forgot about bspec mode...i'll have to turn it on...maybe leave it on a 24 hour X3-speed race overnight

Yeah, I'm finding harder and harder to compete with the posted times with my current car ('02 Sti) Other then my '00 bugeye, I have pretty much given up on the earlier model Imprezas and my Legacy wagon spec b. Wonder if it's time to purchase a spec c?

back to making money. what people did was win the deutsche touring car meisterschaft in european events > have the Mercedes CLK touring car > mod it to hell > race that again with the CLK touring car > let bob drive on 3x > win event sell CLK touring car
it took about 20 minutes.
5 races won at 15,000 each = 45,000
winning the event = 75,000
selling CLK touring car = 743,749
45,000+75,000+743,749=863,749 in about 20 minutes, and you don't really have to watch it. just gotta enter each race.
