i changed my eating habits to eating 5 meals a day, but smaller overall than a basic 3 meal day. that, running around at work, and working out at home...

j/keat lotsa chicken/tuna/fish in general/turkey
and quit drinking soda and beer.
best way with minimal exercise.. eventually your body is forced to burn the fat naturally. the working out will just induce muscle mass growth. which is a good thing too and it speeds things up obviously
the world of having a brother who is a dietist/nutritionist i should take his advice.. i use to have a 6pack.. now its a kegger... and in my opinion thats a party!!

So true. I was able to be pretty lean but ripped up until my mid 20s. Then I stayed lean, but got soft. So my muscles got smaller and I stayed the same size because I had more fat. I guess I'm "skinny fat."

im not horribly over weight. i just wanna lose about 10lbs then gain it back in muscle again like how i was in highschool.. ohhh the good ol days of being ripped then getting kinda chunky with a gut.
