i changed my eating habits to eating 5 meals a day, but smaller overall than a basic 3 meal day. that, running around at work, and working out at home...


oh, and then a 8-ball every now and then j/k

eat lotsa chicken/tuna/fish in general/turkey

and quit drinking soda and beer.
best way with minimal exercise.. eventually your body is forced to burn the fat naturally. the working out will just induce muscle mass growth. which is a good thing too and it speeds things up obviously


the world of having a brother who is a dietist/nutritionist i should take his advice.. i use to have a 6pack.. now its a kegger... and in my opinion thats a party!!

haha, i do eat fish/chicken exclusively now

and its water or sugar free kool-aid for me

So true. I was able to be pretty lean but ripped up until my mid 20s. Then I stayed lean, but got soft. So my muscles got smaller and I stayed the same size because I had more fat. I guess I'm "skinny fat."
