Just a heads up to all the old folks out there (like me) that grew up gaming on an Apple ][, Commodore/Amiga, or 1st gen PC (8086 anyone???). Or maybe you're just a youngster that tried diving in to those "archived games" and laughed at what used to pass as State of the Art gaming.

One of the best RPG style games of the late 80's era was Wasteland. Many will have memories of getting in to the Citadel, getting equipped with Laser weapons, and making an enemy into the infamous "blood sausage"...

"Fallout" was just a teaser of a Wasteland sequel.

If you want another chance at seeing the official sequel, I just wanted to share the news that Brian Fargo looks like he's finally lined up the funds to get Wasteland 2 done! Thanks to crowdsourcing and Kickstarter.com, it looks like it'll come true.
