yea it was me. but then again i was behind him the whole time. so i had to wait for him to speed up before i can go since there were cars in the way the whole time. the only way to go was behind him 
and for his info i didnt downshift. i just floored it when he thought i downshifted. i wonder what would have happened if he was not in front of me in the first place
