A car that is smogable? And what did you want to do.....borrow it and chop the parts out?

1st of all no one wants to help you because we dont know what you want in the first place.

My guess is he knows the smog guy. The smog guy will scan his vin number bar code, the use the stock WRX for all the test like ECU and sniffer.
