Start by purchasing a lower receiver (technically the only part of an Ar-15 that needs to be registered as a firearm)

Build it yourself, its REALLY easy and REALLY rewarding

You are allowed to have all of the evil features on the rifle (that make it an assault weapon) if the magazine is only removable by using a tool (bullet button) no dont weld it thats just dumb.

Or you can be law enforcement and done have to deal with any of those stupid laws
