AP v1 Error

My friend just got an accessport v1 and it recognizes the car, but when we try to reflash the ECU it sayse error, please try operation again. whats wrong? need help asap!

are the test plugs connected? initialization plug thingie plugged in?

Just figured it out, my friend didn't unmarry it from his car successfully to transfer it to my other friends car
