so I *finally* got around to putting in the Megan Coilovers I bought about a month ago... and now I need some assistance in setting the ride height properly. It seems like it should be a very easy process but I'm not sure which bit to turn... I'd rather ask and be told the proper way (hopefully) than act like I know and screw something up...

anyone have these and care to enlighten me?

 

are they one way adjustable or two?
