Anyone use Sprint?
I just switched from AT&T to Sprint (got the Pre) and I've been very happy. I haven't had to deal with customer service yet so I can't comment on that aspect, but the service and phone are good!
i've had sprint for the past 4 years ever since i got dicked out by one of the regional marketers for cingular while i was working for them... screw cingular/att for the time being... sprint's coverage for me has been awesome. i get more signal w/ them than att in my neighborhood and work. so i'm not complaining. their customer service on the phone is something else to be discussed about... but hey... if u got probs, take the phone and such to their service center stores.. they're of more use the than phone support.

I'm not sure I can hang with the tiny *** kb though. I jam on my 3g iPhone, portrait or landscape. It just seems really hard to get to the top row of keys.
I don't like Apple but thing their phone is a good product. However, iTunes has been a pain in the ***. I had an iPod many years ago and ended up giving it to my sis because of iTunes.
I have Sprint and the service is ok here in Los Angeles.
I also got the Pre and am loving every minute of it.
It does everything I need it to do.
Multitasking works fine. The OS is slightly sluggish at times, but that's only when initially opening the apps. If you keep them open and multitask the way it's meant to be used, then it's actually quite quick.
(Actually, supposedly that's the magic of the native Apple iPhone apps - the iPhone apparently does sort of multitask, but only with the native iPhone apps)
Anyhow, the Pre seems to work just fine so far. The battery life isn't that great, and I think the initial run had its share of hardware issues, but I've been pretty happy with mine and luckily haven't had any problems.
