Anyone use headgames?

Planning next step. Rbms is going to do the short block for sure. Not to mention the build. Trying to figure out the port and polish of my heads. Nabisco has some mention of the guys at headgames.

Anyone have any results with them? Any other recommendations?

Build is going to consist of sleeved block, Mert is picking the rods and pistons (I think 8.5/1 comp) arp everywhere...
Iag aos
Iag fuel rails etc
Pw intake manifold
Iag tgv deletes
Killer b header, oil pan etc
Ets fmic
And then an ets rotated kit (Mert is picking the turbo)

All I told him is I want to hit 200 mph on e85 at the salt flats...

Just let the guy that does all Mert's machine work do it, ive watched him, he seems pretty good.

btw, dude, you know you can go 200mph far cheaper by putting taller gears in, than going big on a motor

Need the power to push the air... I wasn't aware of any taller gears for the sti diffs... May need those too.

200 mph in this brick is going to take some grunt and some rpms...

Have a Build thread for the car yet? If not, make one. would love to follow the progress and see you best 200MPH!! DO the gears and the motor!!! more power the better. IMO You are fighting Aerodynamics with our awesome cars at those speeds.

You won't hit 200mph in our cars even with a rotated kit and GTX3582, much more aero needed to do it safely.

Build sounds awesome though Slide.

No build thread yet. Only done the suspension stuff and a basic stage two so far. Although i do have a pile of parts sitting at rbms now for the motor.

I'll start one when Mert breaks my motor down.

I am going to have to find this taller final drive you guys are talking about.
If you can link it, I'd be interested in it.

Duct tape, lots, and lots, and lots of duct tape, you can make anything aerodynamic with duct tape.

This. Rob's is great at what they do and are local to Mert. They did most of if not all the machine work on GSTs L etc.

Kinda off topic but aerodynamics will go a long way. Cover the whole underside with alumilite. I think that's what the aluminum sign boards are called. 4x8 sheet under the whole car!

Good luck with the build and don't forget to post video of the speed run!

Will look into that. May be the way. I think I remember reading some where about a 3.54 final drive somewhere too.
