Anyone up north have a more serious 4X4 or ATV's?

..and would like to spend a day exploring the South Cow Mountain OHV park out of Ukiah?

I am looking to help organize a rally using some of their roads, but the ranger told me I'd "need" to have a 4X4 or ATV as a lot of the roads he said are "too rough for passenger cars" (those are probably too rough for rally cars too, but I have to check).

I suppose I could fire up my old Audi, tie a mountain bike to the roof and thrash on it, knowing i could cycle back to civilization in a crisis, but if I can talk someone else into coming along- especially if you've got the right equipment- it would probably be a lot less hassle than getting out there and getting stuck or broken.

Its actually about 2 hours away from Stoneyford, and I need to get out and look at it all myself but I appreciate the offer, I'll try to let you know when it comes together in any case.
