it doesn't look like it comes with a wireless wifi/internet though....

^^^ It does come with Wifi.

If it didn't, you could always buy a mini-pci wifi card and install it yourself - as they run about $20.

No need, it does come with WiFi for sure....although you can upgrade the WiFi cards as an option
