I'm sorry but i think the zillow website is wrong with the pricing. There is no way my neighbor house is more expensive than mine by 100grand. The house are build in the same year but mines is a 2 story 3car garage 5bed rm and 3 bath and my neighbors single story 2car garage 3bedrm and 2bath

 

Yeah, I could have sworn atherton was one of the most expensive places to live in the bay area.

 

Just imagine how much the land is worth that San Quentin is sitting on. Gotta love that guys on death row have better views than pretty much all of us on here.

 

I'm not sure about housing costs there, since you dont get views of the bay like Sausalito. That article I read was based solely on median income, and had Atherton as #1... not in the Bay.. in the entire country.
