Jansen found one in my passenger side rear window and that sucker was big! Was Hella funny how he was telling me to come look at my window lol. Those there at vjj know what I'm talking about lol. Just so thankful it didn't drop down in front of me while driving. Would have been a totaled Shelby. I have an agreement with spiders. If they enter my space they die but if they stay outdoors I will let it live.. Well for the most part anywhere but at my front door lol.

We have a bunch o funnel web spiders here, they can get up to 2inches long
and they're FAST.
If in doubt, FLAT OUT

My dog was trying to kill this too LOL:

Most spiders don't really bother me. Black widows are the only ones that really freak me out, and those have to go.

Out here there's nothing to really worry about aside from Black Widows, and the occasional Brown Recluse(supposedly).
Other than that, they're cleaning up the bugs. I'm not a fan of spiders, and will freak out with big ones, but as long as they aren't big enough for me to be able to count eyes and they stay out of sight it's all good.

don't go in the water
don't go in the desert
and don't stay in the city..
actually just don't go to australia..
Ever notice "Top 10 Deadliest <Insert name here>" on Discovery channel, usually ends up being "9 things in australia and 1 thing somewhere else"
Yes, I have a weed dragon too, and yes those things are surprisingly fast. They are all over the place at my houe up north. The first time I saw one was our first night in the house. ***** was walking down the hallway like she owned the place. I was barefoot and I almost stepped on it. They get friggin big.

I had one of those huge garden spiders make a ****ing web right above my car's spot in the covered car port near the light, every time i went near it i forgot about the big web it always seemed to make across the metal supporting beam & it got all over me. Well late one night after parking my car, i looked up & noticed a smaller one next to the bigger one. As i watched, the small male quickly mated with the big female, it was sooo damn fast you couldn't even see it! I thought wow, perfect *** timing to witness something totally new. The next day i got a big stick & got the huge ***** with the web on it & threw it over the fence into a field since i was tired of constantly running into her web & didn't want a bunch of tiny baby spiders crawling around my area. I hate spiders too, but i absolutely hate their webs cuz they're everywhere!

If I was going to harvest the hops this year I'd evict the spider, but he is out of the way.
Had TWO of these in the house last week, both closer to half-dollar size tho. *heebie-jeebies*
Thought they were wolf spiders tho?
